RETURNS POLICY

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW


In case a product looks damaged or faulty, customers must inform of damages perceived in detail to shop@thomasayersjewellery.com within 24 hours.

 

In case of damages to packaging and/or products or missing items caused during transportation through road carriers must be immediately notified by writing relevant remarks onto delivery receipt of courier. Once signed clean delivery receipt, no claims about the external look of a package will be allowed.

 

THOMAS AYERS JEWELLERY will replace any faulty product free of charge.

 

If by any chance, a customer is not satisfied with his purchase, he is able to return his purchase within 14 days from date of delivery as per article 64 in Consumers' Code.

 

THOMAS AYERS JEWELLERY will refund the whole cost of unused and undamaged products.

 

Returns can be accepted only on authorization by THOMAS AYERS JEWELLERY themselves.

 

Only a customer has the right to withdraw and not, in any case, a receiver of a gift for example.

 

UNACCEPTED RETURNS

- Items customized or made upon customer’s requirements.

 

Customers can choose relevant couriers. Risks relating returns and shipping expenses are on customers' account. A credit note will be arranged through current account of credit card used for payment. Alternatively if a purchase has been paid through bank remittance, the credit note will be drawn on the customer's current account.

 

DENIAL OF LIABILITY
THOMAS AYERS JEWELLERY reserves the right to apply modifications and corrections on their website in case it is necessary without any notice.

 

THOMAS AYERS JEWELLERY don't guarantee their website contents are appropriate or legitimate for other countries outside Italy. However in case these contents are considered illegitimate or illegal for some of these countries, you are asked to avoid accessing THOMAS AYERS JEWELLERY website, and in case if you decide to access, we inform you, that you are exclusively and personally liable for the use you decide to do of the supplied services. Furthermore THOMAS AYERS JEWELLERY has taken any useful precaution of ensuring their customers that the contents on thomasayersjewellery.com are certain and don't have any incorrect or not up-to-date information. However THOMAS AYERS JEWELLERY is not liable for the accuracy and correct use of contents on thomasayersjewellery.com except for fraud or gross negligence and except for what is stated by law.

 

THOMAS AYERS JEWELLERY makes an effort to present and show its products and colours on the site, in a true and accurate way.
The display of the colours of products depends however on customers' monitors and THOMAS AYERS JEWELLERY can't guarantee that their customers' monitors show the colours of products in a perfectly faithful way.

 

THOMAS AYERS JEWELLERY won't be liable anyway for:
- damages or losses of their products (or of their use by customers)
- damages which haven't been caused by any breach of contract by THOMAS AYERS JEWELLERY'S Loss of business or chance of commerce Customer service.
